Join us for A Dinner for Change, a powerful evening of purpose, inspiration and generosity in support of the Daniela Dwyer Foundation.
Held at Canberra’s iconic Boat House, overlooking the serene waters of Lake Burley Griffin, this special event aims to accelerate a turning point in how cancer is diagnosed and treated. Guests will enjoy a premium three-course dinner with matched wines, entertainment, and a live auction, all in the spirit of funding life-changing research.
We are honoured to welcome Professor Sudha Rao, internationally renowned cancer researcher from QIMR Berghofer Medical Research Institute, as our keynote speaker. Professor Rao will share exclusive insights into her pioneering work developing a world-first non-invasive liquid biopsy platform. With critical support from DDF, her research has advanced rapidly and is now progressing through clinical testing.
We’re also proud to welcome special guest Jean Mitchell, brain cancer survivor and Australian Olympian. Jean will reflect on her extraordinary journey, from diagnosis to proudly representing Australia in rowing at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
This is more than a dinner, it’s a moment to stand together in pursuit of change. Every dollar raised will support ongoing funding of Professor Rao’s breakthrough cancer research.
Dine with purpose. For Daniela. For change.
